1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 666vk online gaming platform, operated at 666vk.bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors accessing publicly available content. 666vk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "Prohibited Activity" refers to any action by a User that violates these Terms, including fraud, collusion, exploitation of technical errors, or underage gambling.

3 Eligibility

To create an account and use the 666vk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 666vk strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21, in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You must not register or use the Platform on behalf of a third party or as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible User may hold one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your name, mobile number, and date of birth.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You agree to notify 666vk immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or your credentials have been compromised.
• 666vk may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or when a review is triggered by unusual account activity.
• One person may not hold more than one Account at any time. If duplicate accounts are detected, 666vk may merge or close the secondary account and, at its discretion, void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate account.

666vk reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

666vk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — the mobile financial services most widely used in Bangladesh. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from your mobile wallet provider. 666vk does not hold responsibility for delays caused by the mobile wallet network.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet account used for deposits. 666vk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts in a name other than the registered account holder.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any active wagering requirement on bonus funds. Attempts to withdraw funds before meeting a wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus.
• 666vk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its fraud prevention and KYC procedures.

666vk does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its end. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 666vk's control.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

666vk offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated at the time the offer is presented to you.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories or specific games stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are valid for use on all eligible games on the Platform.
• Each bonus promotion is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using the same or duplicate accounts constitutes a Prohibited Activity.
• 666vk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress is honoured under its original stated terms.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly. They must be wagered through in accordance with the applicable rollover requirement before any withdrawal is eligible.

666vk may offer seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League, or ICC tournaments. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own individual terms, which will be published at the time of the promotion.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 666vk Platform are operated by licensed third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, and PG Soft. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as published by its provider. The following general fair play conditions apply to all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by live dealer processes. No employee, affiliate, or third party has the ability to manipulate game outcomes.
• The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity.
• Collusion between players — including the sharing of card information, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the system, or any form of team play against the house — is prohibited.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 666vk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. Winnings generated from a technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

8 Responsible Gaming

666vk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended to provide entertainment, and we actively discourage players from viewing gaming as a source of income or from gambling beyond their means. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: You may enable notifications that remind you how long your current gaming session has been active. This feature is designed to help you track time spent on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, play, or receive promotional communications.
• Reality checks: The Platform provides periodic reminders of your account balance, total deposits, and session duration upon request, so you can make informed decisions about your gaming activity.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

666vk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may result in suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, the one-account rule, or the prohibition on Prohibited Activities.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of time when requested by 666vk.

Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance in your Account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 666vk Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and software — is the proprietary property of 666vk or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 666vk.

The 666vk brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of 666vk. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in domain names, social media profiles, or promotional materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666vk and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of funds or winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, network outages, server downtime, or third-party payment provider errors beyond the control of 666vk.
• Any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the Platform that is subsequently updated or corrected.

12 Privacy and Data

666vk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 666vk implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for logging out of the Platform when using a shared device.

13 Amendments to These Terms

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of contract law. 666vk operates as an online platform serving the Bangladesh market. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 666vk makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside its intended market.
